Skills Required:

  • Ability to design, create and modify various types of photo and video files.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with business professionals, web design firm and company team members.
  • Attention to detail, proofreading skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to complete assigned tasks timely and accurately.
  • Database management and creation is a plus.


SALES EXECUTIVE

Growing company in the Senior Services market is seeking a highly self-motivated and results-driven individual for a high visibility, business-to-business sales position.

Job Duties:

  • Selling company products and services to business owners and developing new client relationships.
  • Collaborating with management to achieve monthly sales targets with close attention to increasing market share and key account growth.
  • Developing a services network, sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and the market environment.
  • Working in an assigned territory to identify new business opportunities, meet with decision-makers to analyze their needs, and identify areas to provide value added service improvements.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of company products and developing professional referral channels.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field AND 2 years of sales experience OR 5 years of sales experience. Strong preference for B2B sales background. Healthcare industry experience a plus!


SENIORCARE ADVISOR

Our SeniorCare Advisors talk with members/consumers about insurance, placement, care options, legal concerns, financial issues and many other areas of concern. They help seniors, family members and caregivers navigate systems and access professional services during their caregiving journey. Applicants need to have knowledge of local senior services and healthcare resources, be comfortable talking with seniors and caregivers on the phone about a wide variety of issues, and be able to assist in determining needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology or related field AND 2 years relevant experience working with the senior and family caregiver population in a health care setting.
  • Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Database management, Internet, MS Outlook and typing skills.
  • Must be able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team including Professional Service providers, sales staff and other SeniorCare Advisors.


PLACEMENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

Our Placement coordinator conducts personalized screening of seniors needing out of home placement, provided the senior/family with facility options based on needs and resources available and does regular community outreach to promote SOS services and placement assistance.

Skills Required:

  • 5 years relevant experience working with the senior and family caregiver population in a health care setting.
  • Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Database management, Internet, MS Outlook and typing skills.
  • Must be able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
