How It Works

When caring for a loved one, every situation is unique, and each family will have specific needs. When looking at these needs and preparing a family plan, your SeniorCare Advisor™ will recommend partner businesses and agencies that will help you meet the challenges you face. These partner agencies/companies are also known as our Professional Services Network Partners (PSN).
SOS will constantly be analyzing the relationships between SOS and our PSN partners. We are committed to a positive caregiving experience, and finding a good fit for our members is our top priority. Working with qualified, reputable companies in your local area will significantly enhance your caregiving experience.
SOS will give members at least three recommendations to PSN partners (when possible) in the form of a recommended plan, found in your SeniorCare Organizational System. It is our intent to offer several viable options to families with the understanding that after SOS makes a recommendation, it is up to the member to use your best judgment in choosing which PSN partner you will select to provide needed goods or services. Criteria such as cost, location, or reputation can all affect the choices that families can and should make.
SOS does not guarantee our PSN partners that referred members will use the recommended partners, nor do we guarantee the quality of the service a PSN partner will provide to the end user. However, as a consumer, you will have the chance to rate your experience with any PSN partner you use. This is what is commonly referred to as a self-regulating system or peer review. As a consumer, you will have a chance to influence other consumers, and give vital feedback to local businesses and government agencies with regard to their performance. Knowing that customers will review and comment should encourage our PSN partners to continue to provide excellent goods and service to SOS members.
